Making Smoothies for the Week.

Summer Vacation

1. 8 ounces crushed Ice

2. 1 cup diced Pineapples

3. 4 Strawberries

4. 1 Kiwi,

5. 1/4 cup Soy Protein Blend

6.  1/4 cup cane sugar

7. 1 tsp Vanilla extract

8. 1 Tbsp Honey

Add the ingredients in the order their listed, and blend for 30 seconds or until you get the desired consistency. Scoop out the creamy smoothie with a ladle and enjoy!!!
