1. 8 ounces cubed Ice

2. 1 mango

3. 1/4 cup of orange juice

4. 1 cup diced pineapple

5. 1/2 cup vanilla flavored whey protein

Throw all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 45 seconds or until you achieve the right consistency. Scoop out the smoothie and devour Lex.
