Making Smoothies for the Week.


Strawberry and Banana Volcano

1. 8 ounces of crushed ice

2. 2 ounces Strawberry juice

3. 4 Strawberries

4. 1 whole Banana

5. 11 ounces of frozen Strawberry and Banana yogurt.

6. 1/4 cup Soy Protein or Slim-Fast Protein Shake Powder

Blend the ingredients for 15 to 20 seconds (use only1 ounce of strawberry juice), when you are done with the blending process use a spatula or ladle to remove the thick smoothie from the blender. You want to pour the rest of the strawberry juice on the smoothie to create your own strawberry volcano.
