This section is about refilling the engine with oil.

• The first and most important step is making sure the oil plug is securely in place.
• The new oil filter needs to be put now. (When putting the oil filter on, the O-ring should be coated with oil)
• Find the oil cap (1) and remove it. (Most vehicles have a cap that is labeled with an oil can symbol)

• Check owner's manual for exact amount of oil to use.
• Next pour in the oil. (use a funnel to prevent from spilling the oil on the engine head)
• Now the oil cap can be replaced.
• Check the dipstick (2)to see the level of the oil.
• Start the vehicle and let it run for a few minutes, this fills the oil filter with oil.
• Turn the vehicle off and let the oil settle. (takes five minutes to settle)
• Check the dipstick (2) again to make sure there is enough oil.
• Now that the engine is refilled with oil, properly dispose of the old oil.
