About the Louisiana Anthology Podcast
The editors of the Louisiana Anthology, Bruce R. Magee and Stephen Payne, began the Louisiana Anthology Podcast on May 26, 2012. The Podcast is an part of the larger project of the Louisiana Anthology. Find out about the larger project here. We release new episodes every Saturday, and the podcasts last for around an hour.
The purpose of the Louisiana Anthology Podcast is to discuss the literature and culture of Louisiana. Some weeks, Bruce and Steve discuss a work of Louisiana literature. Other weeks, we discuss topics that can help our listeners better understand our literature, history, and culture. We also broadcast interviews with various authors, artists, and scholars about their contributions to Louisiana.
