Electrical Engineering Technology 260/261


Catalog Description -

EET 260 is intended to acquaint the student with basic electronic devices, such as the diode and various transistors, and to teach how the methods of circuit analysis apply to circuits containing these devices.

Text and Workbook -

Electronic Devices and Circuit Theory, 7th ed, Boylestad and Nashelsky

Testing and Grading-

There will be six exams for a total of 600 points. Grading will be on a standard ten point scale.  A modified A, B or retry policy will be in effect for this class.

The lab consists of 5 assignments at 20 points each. Each lab report will be a formal lab report using Formal Lab Report Style 1.
