Abstract Format

The abstract should be about 200 to 250 words long and just be a shrunken down version of your paper

1) Set your top margin for two inches by going to File ---> Page Setup
* For more information of setting up margins go to the margins section .

2) Triple space from the top of the page and center 'Abstract'

3) Return to Left alignment and put double spacing; tab over once to begin your paragraph (see Figure 1).

* The only lines that need to be tabbed over once are those that begin your paragraph

4) At the bottom of the page, using a footer, put the page number at the bottom.
