Course Guidelines and Expectations for Math 112 -- Internet:

Operating Rules for this Class:

It is necessary that you check your E-mail and the ALEKS Message Center at least once a day and that you keep in contact with the teacher.

Dr. Hanna's E-mail Address: rhanna@coes.latech.edu

By the first class day, email Dr. Hanna to guarantee that she has your current e-mail address. If that address changes, email the new address.

To receive credit for the course, all assigned work must be satisfactorily completed.

Since there are no regular class meetings or lectures, it is necessary that each student complete the  assignments and bring up any questions or problems by using the ALEKS message center, by personal visits, by telephone, or by email.

Your textbook and the Internet materials are your major resources for this course. You should read them over, mark them up, and make notes about important points. You must become very familiar with all the material included about Math 112 on this Internet site . Printing out this material and keeping it in an indexed notebook would be an easy way to have access to all of it.
