All medical schools require these undergraduate courses:
The English requirement can often be met by taking any course with a
"major writing component." In addition, several schools either required
or "preferred" that applicants take a course in calculus.
*caveat: A few medical schools require specific courses such as comparative
vertebrate anatomy or biochemistry, so it is important to find out before
you apply.
