Formatting the Body
- Start the Body of the long report 2 inches from the top of
the page and 1 inch from the left, right, and bottom of the page.
- The title of your long report should appear in bold type
font, size 14, and centered.
- The first paragraph or subtitle should start on the third
line following the title (that's triple spaced--with two blank lines
between the title and the next writing).
- Every paragraph should be double spaced with size 12 font.
- All subtitles should begin 3 lines below the previous
paragraph with approximately size 13 font and bold.
- The page number for the first page of the Body should
appear on the bottom of the page. This should be page number 1 of
your long report.
- All subsequent body pages should have a 1 inch margin on
all sides.
- These subsequent pages should also be numbered in the upper
right corner (instead of the bottom) of the page.
