Basic Information about Technical Writing

Formatting of Technical Writing Papers --  This information will be used in all of the papers to be written in this course.  In the following list, it is particularly important that you become familiar and proficient in using Headings, Lists, and Graphics.  These three elements are the primary charactersitics of technical writing; these three elements serve to make technical writing different in form from essay writing.  You will be using Headings, Lists, and Graphics in most of the assignments in this course.
