Table of Contents

The Table of Contents page acts as the main guide for your paper, it is essential in order for your reader to find information quickly and easily.
  • The title “Table of Contents” should be in the same size font as the other main title headings and have a 2” top margin.
  • Triple space after title. Left align and change font back to normal.
  • Left align your main points and set tab for leader dots. For more information on setting up the leader dots go to the leader dots section.
  • Double space between the Main Sections of the report and Single Space between the Sub-Headings.
  • Type page number and enter.
  • To identify sub-headings you must change the leader dot tabs and indent the sub-heading title and re-set leader dot tabs.
